music > vinil > BÉRURIER NOIR > Abracadaboum
During Bérurier Noir's strike in the summer of 1987, the band recorded this third album. Abracadaboum! was created with dreams and desires of a generation that did not recognize themselves in the very fashionable image of yuppies. Some songs are supporting the student protests that shook France in December of 1986, but overall this album proclaims the emancipation of youth that challenges the taboos and norms by singing in unison hymns to the insurgency. A real call for solidarity between young people of all origins, words and music shatter the boundaries erected by intolerance. Recorded and mixed in April-May of 1987 by Patrick Woindrich in WW Studio, Quai de la Gare (Paris).
Inner sleeve with biography and unpublished photos + a double insert with lyrics and drawings by Laul.
