If the Kings of Metal perform under the motto ‘Other bands play, Manowar kill’, then the Kings of Beer's motto is ‘Other bands play, Tankard drink’

 

Even if the Tankard and Tankwart albums Disco Destroyer (1998), Kings of Beer (2000) and Himbeergeist zum Frühstück (1996) are perhaps not among the best known in the band's history, musically they are in no way inferior.

 

All 3 albums will be remastered and reissued with new covers on CD and LP in October 2024.
