Gilded Sorrow - CLEAR BLACK GOLDEN Splatter VinylScott "Wino" Weinrich is one of the most renowned names in doom metal and one of the absolute masters of his craft.

 

The Obsessed, founded in 1980, was one of the first doom metal bands influenced by Black Sabbath. Since re-forming in 2016, the band has really taken off again, releasing a brand new studio album, Gilded Sorrow, in February 2024.

 

In addition to Wino, Chris Angleberger and Jason Taylor complete the line-up, as well as Brian Costantino, who was also involved in the previous album Sacred 2017.
