In 2019, after teasing new material that would later be released as Songs of a Lost World, The Cure embarked on a 23-date summer tour, predominantly consisting of festival performances in Europe, along with a handful of shows globally. 

Perhaps the standout show of this summer festival tour was their headline performance at the Paléo Festival de Nyon in Switzerland on 25th July 2019, which was also broadcast across the continent. .
