THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA, from Dayton Ohio, has had quite a year. One of the breakout bands of 2006, selling more than 30,000 units of their debut record “Dear love: a beautiful discord” in the US alone. Plagues, their intense sophomore record will surely not disappoint but rather propel the band to new heights. TDWP is gifted musically, they seamlessly intertwine technical metal and hardcore with melodic overtones. Super catchy and always heavy, they play mind blowing riffs that will crush cars.
