Another Masterpiece.

First of all, I need to say that I was very skeptical about how these guys can reach a higher level than their previous work, the supreme: ´´Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia´´ without underrate any work from Dimmu Borgir. But, after listen to their promotional single: Progenies of the Great Apocalypse, I just knew this record would be a very special thing.

After listen to the whole album I was speechless. This time more than brutality, obscure and gloomy melodies is what drives the whole record. To me, an excellent blend between the beauty of ´´Enthrone Dark Triumphant´´ and the brutality of ´´Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia´´... just awesome. Also, some tracks like ´´Cataclysm Children´´ and the excellent bonus track ´´Satan My Master´´ from the digipack version, are reminiscent to me to old classic black metal songs from legends Darkthrone.

Neat drum work, complex guitar riffs, aggressive lyrics, spectacular orchestra arrangements, morbid atmospheres, intelligent production... What else you can ask for? Death Cult Armageddon is definitely Another Masterpiece.
