How should I measure myself?
To find out what size you need take a garment you have that is the same type as this item (t-shirt, trousers, jacket...) and lay it out on a flat surface like a table, desk or your bed, make sure it is laid out evenly with no wrinkles otherwise the measurements might not be correct. Use a tape measure or a ruler to measure it.
